When you choose to purchase products from Vibrant Villa, we encourage you to understand the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing. By using this website you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions. Please note terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.
PRICING
Pricing is expressed in NZD and is subject to change without prior notice.
PRODUCT CONDITION
Please note most products sold on this website are pre-loved so will naturally show some signs of wear and tear. We only list items that are in very good condition and the condition of all products will be well described and any imperfections or defects will be listed and photographed. We will happily answer any questions regarding the products and send any further pictures upon request. Kindly be aware that the color of the product you observe might appear slightly different from its actual color due to variations in photographic lighting and the devices utilized to view the displayed item.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We start to process an order as soon as the payment is received however you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing your order. All products must be checked for breakages immediately on delivery and must be reported to Vibrant Villa within 48 hours so we can arrange a refund. Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued after this time period. Vibrant Villa does not offer returns on items unless we have listed an item incorrectly so please contact us if you need any more information on an item before making a purchase, we are always happy to help!
SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally.
We will dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we have packed your order and the courier has picked it up, you will be sent a tracking number so you can follow its progress. We do not require signature for deliveries but please ensure you provide all the correct address details and please specify any details the courier would need to know to ensure a smooth delivery process. Vibrant Villa cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items after delivery.
Due to the size and fragility of some items, we will deliver the items ourselves but this will only be available to the Auckland Urban area within 45km of the city centre. This will be specified in the listing with the applicable delivery charges. Depending on your area, this will be within 2-5 days of receiving your order. Deliveries will only be available to residential addresses during working hours and to street level only. Deliveries to apartment buildings will be to street level only and a parking bay/ loading bay must be available. If the recipient is not home during delivery an area must be specified as to where the item must be left.
We use NZ Courier Post for all New Zealand deliveries.
PRIVACY POLICY
We value your privacy and your shopping experience is very important to us! We only use information your provide when placing your order to ensure your order is completed. Details such as name, delivery address, contact number and email address will not be shared except when needed to complete your order such as to arrange delivery with courier companies and to confirm delivery.
You can subscribe to our mailing list if you would like to receive updates on our new products, special offers and latest trends. We respect your right not to receive these email communications and you can unsubscribe any any time! When you place an order through the site, we will maintain your order information for our records unless you ask us to delete this information.
