What condition are your products in?

Most of our items are pre-loved so will naturally have some wear and tear but we will only showcase items that are in very good condition. We understand that nobody wants to receive a mirror with chips or a stained throw at their doorstep. Any faults or concerns regarding a specific item will be clearly stated in the individual listing, accompanied by corresponding photographs. If you require additional pictures of a particular item, feel free to reach out to us, and we will gladly provide them.

How important is customer service to you?

We value each and every order we receive! Our commitment lies in delivering exceptional customer service consistently, ensuring that every customer's voice is heard. In the rare event that you don't receive a response from us within 24 hours of placing your order, consider the delivery on us! We are always open to receiving feedback, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email at nickie@vibrantvilla.co.nz.

Do you offer refunds? What happens with breakages?

We hope that it never happens, but breakages can occur. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, we kindly request you to get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your package. It would greatly assist us if you could provide us with photographs of the damaged item, as this will enable us to promptly arrange a refund for you. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process refunds for any items reported after this specified time frame. Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges for any products.

Delivery and Shipping

Vibrant Villa is located in Auckland, New Zealand. We ship to NZ addresses excluding Hauraki Gulf Islands (such as Waiheke), Stewart Island and Chatham Island. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We will dispatch items within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Once we have packed your order and the courier has picked it up, you will be sent a tracking number so you can follow its progress. We do not require signature for deliveries but please ensure you provide all the correct address details and please specify any details the courier would need to know to ensure a smooth delivery process. Vibrant Villa cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items after delivery. Rural addresses will incur an extra charge. Please select rural shipping when you place your order.

Due to the size and fragility of some items, we will deliver the items ourselves so they get to you safely but this will only be available to the Auckland Urban area. This will be specified in the listing with the applicable delivery charges. Depending on your area, this will be within 1-4 days of receiving your order. Deliveries will only be available to residential addresses during working hours and to street level only ( no stairs). A parking bay/ loading bay close by must also be available. If the recipient is not home during delivery an area must be specified as to where the item must be left.

We use NZ Courier Post for all New Zealand deliveries.

Lets talk packaging!

We believe in being environmentally friendly so will reuse packaging wherever possible. If your order arrives in a Jimmy Choo box, we apologise in advance for the disappointment of not receiving a pair of snazzy heels however we are confident that the contents of your package will bring you and your home great joy!

Do you offer a styling service?

Absolutely! If you need advice on how to style a space or area in your house send us some pics and we will be happy to help! We can also assist in curating items for you on a specific budget. Just get in touch and let us know what you are looking for!

Do you buy items?

If the items are bright, colourful, funky, unique and stylish, then absolutely! Kindly send us a picture of your items via email, and we will inform you whether it is something that piques our interest.
