Shipping policy

We will dispatch items within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Once we have packed your order and the courier has picked it up, you will be sent a tracking number so you can follow its progress. We do not require signature for deliveries but please ensure you provide all the correct address details and please specify any details the courier would need to know to ensure a smooth delivery process. Vibrant Villa cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items after delivery. Rural addresses will incur an extra charge. Please elect rural shipping when you place your order.

Shipping cost is based on an order weight/volumetric basis. Even through a product may weigh very little, it’s volumetric weight will cost more than it’s real weight to send. Due to the size and fragility of some items, we will deliver the items ourselves so they get to you safely but this will only be available to the Auckland Urban area. This will be specified in the listing with the applicable delivery charges. Depending on your area, this will be within 1-4 days of receiving your order. Deliveries will only be available to residential addresses during working hours and to street level only (no stairs) and a parking/ loading bay close by will need to be available.If the recipient is not home during delivery an area must be specified as to where the item must be left. 

We use NZ Courier Post for all New Zealand deliveries.

We believe in being environmentally friendly so will re-use packaging wherever possible. If your order arrives in a Jimmy Choo box, we apologise in advance for the disappointment but know you’ll love your item inside!
